Features
AI features are optional and stay off until you connect a provider. Everything else in the plugin works without one.
Connect a provider
- Go to Acez SEO AI → AI Providers. You can also do this in step 3 of the setup wizard.
- Choose the Active provider: Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini or OpenRouter.
- Paste your API key. It is encrypted before saving and never displayed again.
- Optionally choose a model — leave it blank to use the default — and test the connection.
Generate in the editor
Once a provider is connected, Generate with AI buttons appear next to the fields in the Acez SEO AI box in the editor, and in the Media Library. You can generate:
- SEO titles and meta descriptions,
- image alt text,
- FAQ and HowTo schema nodes,
- product descriptions.
Every result lands in an editable field for you to review. Nothing is saved automatically.
Costs and usage
You pay your AI provider directly — there are no credits or subscriptions to buy for AI features. AI Providers shows approximate usage and estimated cost for the current month, an optional monthly call limit and a log of recent generations. The counters are kept on your site; nothing is sent anywhere.
