Web apps, WordPress plugins and mobile apps, built to order.

For companies that need software built around the way they work. Each service below shows what we deliver, how we build it and where to start.

Web apps

Web apps & SaaS

We design and build web platforms that are useful from the very first release: customer portals, internal systems, subscription products, and business applications with a large number of integrations.

Product discovery, permission models, user journeys and data foundations that scale.
APIs, billing, dashboards, reporting, notifications and operational automation.
An admin panel where you change content and settings yourself, without a developer.

How we build it

01 Scope

We define the product slice

We separate the core workflows from later features and turn the business case into a clear MVP scope.

02 UX

We shape a working interface

Dashboards, forms, roles, data tables, notifications and reports are planned around daily use, not presentation screens.

03 Delivery

We build the platform core

In controlled increments we deliver auth, permissions, APIs, business rules, integrations, tests and deployment.

04 Scaling

We prepare for growth

Once real users arrive, we strengthen performance, analytics, billing, roles, support flows and the roadmap.

WP Modules

Custom WordPress plugins

We design, build and maintain WordPress plugins tailored to your business, following the WordPress Coding Standards, with AI features when you need them.

How we build it

01 Scope

We define the plugin's workflow

We separate the core workflow from later features and define the plugin's structure.

02 Features

We build the key features

We build the key features and the settings screens in the WordPress admin.

03 Delivery

We install the finished plugin

We install the finished plugin, test it and hand over the results.

Mobile

Mobile apps

We build mobile products around a real backend, data model and user flow, so the app is not cut off from the business system it is meant to support.

Mobile UX, API contracts, authentication, offline/online mode and release planning.
Client apps, internal tools, companion apps, PWA paths and backend-first delivery.

How we build it

01 Flow

We map the mobile journey

We pin down the key user actions, notifications, permissions, offline needs and backend dependencies.

02 Prototype

We validate the experience

Key screens and navigation are tested early, so the app feels direct and useful on real devices.

03 Build

We connect the app to the backend

We build the app UI, API integration, authentication, storage, analytics and release-ready builds.

04 Release

We prepare the launch and iterations

We handle store publishing, QA, telemetry, support feedback and the next version's roadmap.

Questions that come up before we start.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on the scope. A one-off integration is a different order of magnitude than a dedicated system. After a first call and a short requirements analysis we give you a price range; larger projects start with a separate, paid pre-implementation analysis.

How do you bill?

In three ways: a fixed price when the scope is closed, time and materials for ongoing development, and a retainer for maintenance. We agree on the model before work starts.

Who writes the code, and how do you use AI?

Our own team, with over 20 years of programming behind it. AI speeds up research, first drafts and checking changes, but everything that reaches you is approved by a named person. If AI helped build part of your project, we tell you.

What is it like to work with you during the project?

We work in short iterations and show you working versions along the way. You talk directly to the person who builds your project, not to an account manager.

Who owns the code?

You do, once the project is settled. We hand over the repository and the documentation.

Can you take over a project from another company?

Yes. We first audit the existing code: we describe its current state, the risks and the cost of taking it over, and only then propose next steps.

What happens after launch?

We can keep looking after the project: monitoring, fixes, updates and further development, on a subscription or hourly basis.
